1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern all use of the 777gden online gaming platform, accessible at 777gden.app and any related sub-domains, mobile applications, or Progressive Web App (PWA) builds operated under the 777gden brand. The Agreement applies to all registered players, visitors, and any person who interacts with the platform in any capacity.

777gden reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notice. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English text constitutes the definitive version of the Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of 777gden is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 777gden or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You are not depositing or wagering funds on behalf of any third party.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 777gden platform. 4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 777gden is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by the platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the method's availability and any applicable limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. 777gden aims to process bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 24 hours of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus is available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Players found to be claiming bonuses multiple times through duplicate accounts will have all bonuses voided.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777gden platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

7.1 Fraudulent Activity

• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit after the deposited funds have been used for wagering ("chargeback fraud").

7.4 Money Laundering

Any account suspected of being used for money laundering purposes will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities. 8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

Any registered player may request the closure of their 777gden account at any time by contacting the 24/7 Live Chat support team. Before the account is closed, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method. Account closure requests made in connection with a responsible gaming concern will be treated as self-exclusion requests and processed with the highest priority.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 777gden

777gden reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.

• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, 777gden reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. In cases of account closure not related to player misconduct, legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 777gden will make reasonable efforts to contact the player at their registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees will not reduce a balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting the support team.

8.4 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 777gden holds its offshore operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the platform, you agree to contact the 777gden support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution process as specified by the applicable licensing authority.

777gden's decisions regarding account status, wager settlement, bonus eligibility, and game outcomes are final in all cases where the relevant facts have been independently verified by the platform's records. Player queries and complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant event; complaints submitted after this period may not be investigated.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777gden's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money deposits made by the player to their account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date of the claim. 777gden is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777gden does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not responsible for any loss arising from planned or unplanned maintenance downtime, network outages, or force majeure events.
